We recognise that costs are always an issue when bringing in external resources - especially in high risk projects. We therefore commit to:

• Report on costs incurred daily (yes DAILY!)
• Report on progress daily (yes DAILY!)
• Forecast committed and uncommitted costs daily
• Maintain committed costs to a minimum

We have set-up reporting mechanisms to allow us to achieve our daily updates with the minimum of effort - so you can always keep up to date.

The client can amend the operating contract as the contract develops:

• Changing contract objectives
• Alteration of scope and normal hours
• Changing service provision

This ensures the contractual relationship keeps pace with requirements - especially in the more demanding projects (such as with "Project Rescue").
