CRM systems are notorious for the lack of quality in their data. Typically client records are duplicated, contact data is out of date and the system rarely meets the strategic objectives promised from the vendors. Rigel Systems will start with an audit of your current system data. We will report on the data validity (age and completeness) and quality (duplicates and fitness for purpose) - with a conclusion as to the possible remedial action that can be taken. Possible actions are:

• Manual data entry to complete missing information etc.
• Data restructuring to better meet the client's strategy
• Recommendations on changes to data maintenance procedures to lock in any data cleansing work done

HR System going self-service

Many HR system upgrades involve moving to "self service" - and this can mean the exposure of the data (and all it's faults) to the staff for the first time. Getting the data correct is therefore a vital part of going self-service.
